For the last few years, I've been collecting stories from work. Stories about strange, funny and thoughtless things callers have done. Now, I've collected them into a book: Fear and Loathing in Tech Support, now available through xlibris books.
I really think you'll enjoy the book, especially if you're technically oriented. In any case, if you want to find out what it's like on "the other side of the phone," check my book out; it's a real eye opener. I might like to add that every single story in the book is true, because they all happened to me, personally. No "friend of a friend," no "I heard it from another tech, no urban legends, no cupholder stories. All true.
